Jon Hickey has spent more than two decades serving Western New York as an attorney, town prosecutor, supreme court law clerk and judge. A Clarence Town Justice since 2019, Jon also brings more than a decade of experience working in New York State Supreme Court. Throughout his career, he has focused on being prepared, fair and respectful of everyone who comes before the court.

Born and raised in Western New York, Jon has deep roots in the community he hopes to serve. He and his wife are raising their two sons in Clarence, where Jon has served as Town Justice since 2019. From coaching youth sports to professional and community service, Jon has spent his life building connections and giving back to the community he calls home.

A Lifetime of Service to Western New York
Born and raised in Western New York, Jon Hickey has built his legal career in the community he has always called home and, together with his wife, is raising their two sons in Clarence.
For more than two decades, Jon has served his community through the law — from his work as a town prosecutor and private-practice attorney to more than a decade working in New York State Supreme Court as a Confidential Law Clerk and his service as Clarence Town Justice since 2019. Outside the courtroom, Jon has remained active in his community through professional service, volunteering and coaching youth sports. For Jon, public service is about giving back to the community that has given so much to him and his family.
